1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wen bet website, mobile application, or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is allowed one account on wen bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

If your account is terminated due to a violation, wen bet may withhold any remaining balance. If the termination is not due to a violation — for example, if you request voluntary account closure — your remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wen bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, game graphics, animations, logos, text, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Wen Bet and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content found on wen bet without prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

Wen bet provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Wen bet is not liable for any losses resulting from server downtime, network issues, payment processor delays, or any other technical interruption beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall wen bet be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the balance currently held in their account at the time of the dispute.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision on wen bet, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.
